The following quote by Dwayne Dye was in Georgia Trend Magazine 2008:

 "We have bowed out of some projects and failed to provide the most aggressive incentives for businesses that don't really mesh with a tourism town," Dwayne Dye, Hart County Development Authority says. "We don't want anything that is going to pollute the environment and we certainly don't want anything that is going to give off obnoxious smells or is going to be an unattractive industry."

Yet, Mr. Dye stated at the citizens meeting July 2010,  that he has been in talks with Fibrowatt for 3 years! So in 2007 he started recruiting an incinerator and in 2008 he makes the above statement!  WHAT?

The following quote in the Anderson Independent Mail  article dated 10/19/09 �Hart County gets grant to widen road� by Titus Ledbetter :

Dwayne Dye, director of economic development for Hart County, said the county is looking to bring nonpolluting industries to the park, including those in automotive and electronic fields.

Here we go again re:" nonpolluting industries"! While he is wining & dining an incinerator, he makes the above quote! Can we believe ANYTHING HE SAYS?
