According to Hart County's own "Principal Terms and Conditions" to Fibrowatt LLC, "The Hart County Water & Sewer Authority shall provide water subject to the Project pursuant to a water agreement. FibroGeorgia anticipates that nominal water requirements will not exceed 430,000 gallons per day during normal operations."

This is the amount Hart County plans to provide.

Terry Walmsley, Fibrowatt's VP, Environmental & Public Affairs, states that "In Minnesota, water usage amounts to about 100 - 125 gallons per minute (GPM) not 792 gpm". This would come to 180,000 gal per day max.
